Our house is a luxury three bedroom south facing townhouse enjoying views to the mountains and sea. Situated in an exclusive private gated development and surrounded by lovely gardens with two communal pools.
The property is built to a high standard and all the fixtures and furnishings are of high quality. The house has marble floors throughout, fully tiled bathrooms, air conditioning / heating and burglar alarm. The property is supervised by a local English speaking agent who will liaise on matters such as access keys, transport and emergency matters. Cleaning and changing of towels and linen is on a weekly basis; Beach towels are not included so please bring your own.
Adjacent to the property is an 18 hole golf course with spectacular views over the Costa del Sol; Close by is the marina of Puerto Cabopino with its beautiful beaches and variety of restaurants / beach bars.
